develop structural equation model classification managers based on communication skills and cultural intelligence in isfahan’s sports organizations

the purpose of this research was develop a structural equation model based on the classification of managers' communication skills and cultural intelligence in isfahan sports organizations. hence this study method was structural equation modeling. the study population consisted of isfahan’s sport managers. in this research 550 sport manager’s as a statistical society was considered. the samples of 207 subjects were randomly selected. measuring instruments consisted of communication skills (0.81), cultural intelligence (0.88) and classify sport managers (0.84). statistical methods included analysis of both descriptive and inferential statistics using spss and lisrel software. model of communication skills, cultural intelligence and classification sport managers was the perfect fit (rmsea=0.037 ،، gfi=912.، agfi=0.902, nft= 0.910). hence the necessity of proper plans to improve communication skills and cultural intelligence and athletic directors as necessary to influence people. while the authorities have to choose appropriate strategies analyst and intuitive managers have for management positions, because it seems to be better managers can be expected to exercise a clearer perspective
